If your website encounters any issues, worry not! As part of our monthly service, we’re here to promptly rectify any problems. If we’ve designed the website and there are errors on our part, rest assured they’ll be addressed swiftly to keep your website running smoothly.
what kind of issues are not covered?
We’re always here to lend a hand and fix any issues that pop up on your website. Just a heads-up, though – if you or your team make any tweaks to the site, any hiccups that come from those changes might not be covered by our support.
can you manage my existing website?
We’re happy to manage your existing website. However, since it wasn’t designed by us, we’ll need to perform a website audit to understand its ins and outs. The cost for a website audit is £185, and it helps us get familiar with the way your website has been built. This way, we can provide the best possible support!
Can i cancel the subscription?
You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription. We do request an initial commitment of 3 months, paid in advance, for our services. After this period, you’re free to cancel at any time.
how quickly can you sort out problems?
When problems arise, we’re committed to resolving them promptly. Our goal is to address any issues within 24 hours during our regular working hours. Your website’s well-being is our priority, and we’re here to provide quick solutions to keep things running smoothly.
